Follow the instructions to download your phones app.

As an established patient, we use a booking app that you can download from the relevant app store on your smartphone or tablet. Here are some general steps you can follow to download the booking app:

  1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your device. The specific app store will depend on whether you have an iOS (iPhone) or Android device.
  2. Type in the name of the booking app provided by your healthcare provider “The Scheduling App”
  3. Tap on the app’s icon to access its download page.
  4. Tap on the “Install” or “Get” button to begin the download process.
  5. Once the app is installed, you can find its icon on your device’s home screen or app drawer. Tap on it to open the booking app.
  6. To set-up your account, enter the Clinic Code: EAXKOI
  7. Once you’re logged in, you should be able to access the booking features within the app. This may include scheduling appointments, viewing upcoming visits, or accessing other relevant healthcare information.
