Nichole Geary was born and raised in Western New York where she stayed to complete her undergraduate degree at Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a focus on Dance and English.

Following graduation she moved to NYC where she pursued modern dance and subsequently fell in love with both practicing and teaching yoga. Having developed personal awareness and insight into her own body she sought to expand her knowledge into its functional capacities and limitations. Understanding that manual medicine provided a natural form of recovery, she moved back to the finger lakes where she received her Doctorate from New York Chiropractic College.

Geary uses a whole-body approach to treatment, acknowledging the body as an interconnected network of systems. By identifying pain patterns and functional limitations she strives to implement treatment specific to the patient using a variety of approaches. Geary uses manual and drop piece manipulations as well as soft tissues techniques including ART. She completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program through McMaster University, specializing in a neurofunctional approach to treatment. In addition, she has been engaged in courses through Functional Neurology Seminars, which offers a deeper look into the central circuitry that guides our sensations, movement, and perceptions.

Aside from chiropractic, she is passionate about family, friends, dynamic movement, reading, and blue skies.
