Foundation Training in Denver, CO

Without proper exercise, back pain will more likely wax and wane, and more importantly can get worse. Our clinic utilizes Foundation Training to help strengthen the posterior chain and to lengthen the spine to help decrease back pain and to keep it from coming back.

As a Denver chiropractor, back pain is the main condition that I treat, and without proper exercise, back pain has a knack for returning. Our clinic loves to empower the patient, and one set of exercises that we love to help decrease back pain is Foundation Training.
