Our clinic will help teach you how to properly complete your Foundation Training exercises. I cannot stress enough how important form and concurrent chiropractic related treatment is for your full recovery. Dr. Trent Artichoker offers group training classes periodically to teach clients the foundation training exercises. Cost is $35 per person. Please call the clinic to reserve your space. Each class is 1 1/2 hours that will teach you the exercises and will make sure that you are doing them correctly. Dr. Artichoker is also available to do one on one training at your desired location.
